All States Ag Parts, the nation's leading supplier of tractor and combine parts, announced the acquisition of a new distribution facility in Lake Mills, Ia this past Friday.

"The companies' continued growth and success created the need for a larger distribution facility to better serve our farming customers," said John Dyke, President and CEO of All States Ag Parts. "We're moving from approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of distribution space in De Soto, Ia to over 219,000 sq. ft. In Lake Mills," said Dyke. "We plan to have over 50,000 different parts in stock in Lake Mills in the near future."

Dyke also said a parts sales counter is planned to serve local farms and repair shops. All States Ag Parts operates several other locations including two in Iowa.

All States Ag Parts supplies parts to farmers and repair shops for tractors, combines, industrial machines and other ag equipment and covers most makes and models of ag equipment including John Deere, Case-IH, Agco, Bobcat and more. The company is somewhat unique with it's ability to supply a broad line of parts including used, new and rebuilt parts.

The new facility will initially employ 19 employees with additional growth expected as the product line and on-hand inventory increases. The building is located at 311 N. Park in Lake Mills in what was formerly a production facility for Cummins Filtration. Cummins moved the production

from the Lake Mills facility to Mexico over a period of several years. Work has already begun preparing the building for it's new purpose and inventory is expected to begin arriving within a few days. Current plans are to begin shipping orders from the Lake Mills facility directly to customers worldwide in the second quarter of 2016. Bob Koren has been hired to manage the Lake

Mills operation.

"We know the farm economy has struggled for the past 18 months or so," said Dyke, "and despite the downturn our business has thrived. We offer quality products at a better price than the local ag dealerships and hard-working farm families appreciate keeping that money in their own

"We have confidence in the American farmer and think the future of ag is very bright. This facility gives us the ability to serve today's farmers during tough times and to position us for growth that will allow us to serve them even better in the future," said Dyke.

"We are excited to have an agricultural company with such a great reputation as All States Ag Parts expanding their operations into one of our communities, occupying a currently empty building, and creating new jobs here," stated Teresa Nicholson, Executive Director of Winn-Worth Betco (Winnebago-Worth Counties Betterment Council), which is the economic development office covering Winnebago and Worth Counties in North Iowa. "We've been working with the company for some time and are pleased to extend our 'Welcome' to them."

Lake Mills Chamber Development Corporation Executive Director, Cassie Johnson, expressed support as well, "We are glad to see this project come together here in Lake Mills. We welcome All States Ag Parts to our community and look forward to a long and successful relationship with them."

Lake Mills will be the companies ninth location. Current locations are in Ft. Atkinson, Ia; De Soto, Ia; Hendricks, Mn; Salem, SD; Downing, Wi; Black Creek, Wi; Sikeston, Mo and Bridgeport, Ne. All of the other locations, except De Soto, include tractor and combine salvage yards in addition to new and rebuilt part sales. Lake Mills will be the second location that does not include a salvage yard.

All States Ag Parts was founded in 1998 by David Dyke and his sons Paul and John. The headquarters is located in Downing, Wi with purchasing and marketing functions performed in De Soto, Ia. The company employs 220 people in six states.
