Indicate which business(es) you would like to purchase gift cards from in the text box provided. Separate businesses by commas. For example, on an order of 5 gift cards: 1 to Don's, 1 to Main Street Pizza, 1 to Singelstad Hardware, 2 to Mills Theater.
You can pick ANY business in Lake Mills and we will work with them to get gift cards made up! Your selected businesses do NOT need to be Chamber Members, but here is a list of current members for your reference!
You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to purchase online. Select "Check out with PayPal" and on the next page select "pay with debit/credit card" below the PayPal log in section. Be sure to come back to the LMCDC website to complete your purchase!
Orders made BEFORE Monday, July 6, will be available for pick up at the LMCDC (203 N 1st Ave W):
- Thursday, July 9 @ 12 pm - 5:30 pm
- Friday, July 10 @ 12 pm - 5:30 pm
- Saturday, July 11 @ 11 am - 3 pm
Orders made ON or AFTER July 6 will be scheduled for pick up at a later date in July.
If gift card purchases cannot be picked up during this time, they will be mailed the following week.
